SHIPPING POLICY
Free shipping on all UK orders.
International shipping is available worldwide, with free international shipping on orders over £149. Orders under £149 have a flat-rate shipping cost of £15.
All items are handmade to order and produced in the order they are received. Current production time is 4 working days before dispatch. Items sold from the 'Ready to Ship' range will be dispatched next working day.
UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
International orders are shipped from the United Kingdom via DHL
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please check with your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure about potential import charges.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you need to make a return for a refund or exchange please email sales@pennineleathergoods.com with your order number and whether you would like a return or exchange.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in their original condition. Once your return has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed.
If your item arrives faulty or develops a fault, please contact me. Where possible, I will repair the item free of charge. If a repair is not possible, I will offer a replacement, exchange or refund after inspection.
Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.
International customers: taxes, duties and customs fees are non-refundable in the event of a return.
