Pennine is a one-man boutique workshop based in Durham, England. Every piece is hand-cut, hand-sewn and hand-finished using traditional leatherworking techniques.

My approach is rooted in a hot rod philosophy: take a classic, proven design and refine every detail. Each piece is elevated through exceptional vegetable-tanned full-grained leather, solid hardware, precise stitching and carefully considered finishing — all brought together by experienced, hands-on craftsmanship.

The LEATHER USED

Pennine leather goods are made using a premium full-grain vegetable-tanned vachetta leather from the world renowned Walpier tannery in Tuscany, Italy. Chosen for its smooth, buttery feel, firm structure and deep colour. With use, the leather darkens, softens and develops a rich patina with a jewel-like lustre, making each piece more personal over time.
